Very exciting news!

I am now a qualified Stone Therapy Massage therapist.

A 1 hour 15 minute full body massage incorporates various massage techniques using hot and cold stones. The heat from the basalt stones leads to deep relaxation and to warming up of the tight muscles enabling the therapist to work more deeply l
This holistic therapy has many positive benefits to your mental and physical wellbeing.

A Stone Therapy Massage will:-

Good for the Sole Reflexology has got off to a great start. I can’t thank you enough for all your support. I am so grateful for all your initial and repeat bookings,referrals and great feedback.

I am reducing my hours at work in order to have more time to focus on the reflexology treatments as well as adding to my treatment portfolio. Watch this space!

At the moment, I will be mobile, providing full a reflexology treatment in the comfort of your own home.
