I went to the Azur Paviliion in St Leonards to a Business Expo. Heather Mills was an inspirational speaker, her energy is amazing. The effort she puts into a variety of important projects is mind blowing. The clinic is taking 2 of her latest products. I went to find out about her new Vegan range of Cosmetics, and was delighted to find her new Omega 3 Oil supplement, with no fish products ! I have always been keen on Green Algae foods and really pleased to find an innovative idea put into practice. Her extensive nutritional knowledge, which is obviously an important part of her life, and sharing with the audience gave them many new ideas to think about ! And as a passionate vegan she also has a range of popular foods. Very tasty ! Penny
