We completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Less than 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule: 50% of the booked service fee.
• No-show appointments: 100% of the booked service fee.

To help avoid any fees, appointment reminders are automatically sent via text message or email 48 hours before your appointment.

As a team of self-employed hairdressers working part-time, every appointment is important to our small businesses. Late cancellations and no-shows often leave us without enough time to fill the appointment, meaning lost income that can't always be recovered.
