The Process

I currently work with a team of 6 people, 3 hairdressers, 2 ventilators, 1 tailor, who are extremely good at what they do. To ensure that each braided wig is of the highest quality, we devote a lot of time and conduct at least 3 quality assurance checks before the wigs are shipped out to clients. The process is as follows:

1) The frontal is sourced from suppliers
2) The Ventilated wig cap is sourced from suppliers.
3) Our tailor sews the frontal onto the wig cap with a sewing machine, ensuring clean lines and secure threading.
4) The wigs are ventilated which normally takes about 5 working days.
5) The hairdressers work on the completed ventilated unit to make your desired style. This takes approximately 10/20 working days, depending on the length of the braids and the number a client is on the queue.
6) The unit is checked 3 times by different quality assurance checkers before its shipped. All wigs can last approximately 2/3 years depending on how you care for the product. Wig Care - Use quality shampoo and Conditioner. When washing your braided wig, gently wash in one direction...Not in circles or by bunching up in one area. ALWAYS USE COLD WATER WHEN WASHING AND RINSING YOUR WIG, TO PREVENT COLOUR RUN AND LIFE OF YOUR WIG. We are dedicated to delivering a quality product that will save you time and money.
