🍂✨ WOMEN’S CIRCLE — OCTOBER ✨🍂
In just 4 weeks, we’ll be gathering again in sisterhood for our next Women’s Circle. ❤️
After the beautiful evening we shared last weekend, I’m so excited to open the circle again and welcome another group of women into this space.
A chance for you to step away from the busyness of everyday life for a little while.
To breathe.
To slow down.
To reconnect with yourself.
To listen inward.
To release some of what you’ve been carrying.
To allow yourself to be witnessed, supported and deeply held in sisterhood. ❤️
Our evening will gently weave together meditation, embodiment practices, journalling, Reiki, oracle guidance, ritual and honest sharing — creating space to simply be, without needing to have everything figured out in your life.
There is no experience needed.
No pressure to share anything you don't want to.
No expectations about how you should be feeling.
Just come exactly as you are.
And I’m so excited to say that 4 spaces have already been taken. ✨
🌙 Sunday 25th October
🕢 7:30–9pm
📍 Monkseaton Community Centre, Billingham
🧡 £15 per person.
If you’d like to know more or would like to book your space, just message me and I’ll happily send you all the details.
We'd love to welcome you into the circle. ✨

Yesterday was beyond what I imagined it would be.
I struggled to get to sleep because I was on such an energetic high from what I had the honour of witnessing & being a part of.
All throughout today I've thought of the beautiful mother & daughter circle, to seeing bonds becoming stronger.
Watching healing tears of joy & relief.
Feeling the room fill up with love that eminated from everyone's faces.
And then came my women's circle.
I'm not usually short of words, but last night literally took my breath away as I was sat amongst Queen's.
My heart is full & aches to have been able to see & hear just how much all of us women, carry the same heavy s**t.
From all different stages of life...
All different ages...
All of our stories intertwined enough for us to understand our pain, our struggles, our yearnings...
Without having to say a single word.
I am still in awe of the courage it took for everyone who was brave enough to show up for themselves and to speak from that raw & tender place that so many of us keep closed as we walk around with our mask on telling everyone
"I'm fine".
The saying is certainly true...
When women gather magic happens.
And I honestly can't wait to create & be a part of more magic at the next circle in October.
Spaces have already been taken!
If you feel like you would like to experience the magic of sisterhood & self connection, then I'd love to have you join us.
Message me for the link to book your space.

Chapter 43 is coming to an end in 12 days time...
And I actually feel the most rooted in wholeness than I have ever been.
Sure...
I've had many moments where I've sat and pondered over the things that have happened in my life, where I've thought...
WTAF 🤣🤦🏼♀️...
But then somehow, have all the shake ups, break ups, twists & turns...
I always end up in a place where I have this...
"Ahhh so this is why this happened"
That rises up from somewhere deep inside me.
To surrender to this process of allowing life to have it's way with you, is not for the faint of heart...
I know how any slight feeling of uncertainty can breathe fear down the back of your neck till the hairs on your arms stand up on end...
Fear that your going to make the wrong choice...
Fear that you've not learnt your lesson...
Fear that your not going to survive the pain & suffering...
When most the time the discomfort comes from remininscing over what we think things should have been.
I know when I've felt my most stuck, it's usually been when I've been trying desperately to hold onto something that life was already asking me to release.
Trying to understand it.
Trying to fix it.
Trying to go back.
Trying to make something fit that simply wasn't meant to fit anymore.
And I think that's one of the hardest things about surrender...
It's not sitting back and doing nothing.
It's trusting that you don't need to know the whole story yet.
It's being able to stand in the middle of the mess, when nothing makes sense, and somehow say...
“Okay. I don't understand this yet. But I'm willing to trust that there's something here for me.”
Because when I look back at my life, some of the chapters I would have desperately tried to rewrite at the time, are the very chapters that brought me back to myself.
The ones that stripped away what wasn't me.
The ones that broke open parts of me I'd kept hidden.
The ones that forced me to ask questions I'd spent years avoiding.
And the strange thing is...
I wouldn't change them now.
Not because they didn't hurt.
They did.
Some of them fu***ng broke me.
But because I can finally see that I wasn't being punished by life.
I was being redirected by it.
And maybe that's where I'm right now, at as I come to the end of this chapter.
Not with everything figured out.
Not knowing exactly what the next chapter holds.
But with this really deep feeling that...
I trust myself now.
I trust that I'll find my way.
I trust that I can survive the uncomfortable bits.
I trust that I don't need to have all the answers & have a plan written out.
And maybe this is what I feel most grateful for right now is not having everything figured out & carved into stone...
Because I'm finally creating from the woman I've become.
The things I've lived through.
The things I've learnt.
The things I've had to unlearn.
The parts of myself I've found again.
And somehow, all of that has led me here...
Building Wild Woman Rising with solid foundations...
Creating spaces for women to gather, to talk, to feel, to be witnessed, to remember themselves.
And in just 6 days, I'll be opening the doors to my very first Women’s Circle of this year.
And it's SOLD OUT. 🥹🤍
I've sat and pinched myself many times seeing that on the screen.
Because not that long ago, I was questioning whether any of this was even possible.
Whether I was ready to be 'seen' again after the trauma from last year.
I wondered whether anyone would actually come.
Whether I was making the right choice.
Or whether I was just completely bloody mad. 😂
But I now know there are women who have said yes.
Yes to gathering.
Yes to taking some time for themselves.
Yes to sitting in circle.
Yes to something I once only held as an idea in my own head.
An idea that grew to create a sacred space for Mother's & Daughter's.
To talk.
To listen.
To laugh.
To really see & celebrate each other.
I think that's probably the bit that makes me feel the most alive...
when I look at where I am now.
Because all of these things I'm creating...
The Women’s Circles.
The Mother & Daughter Circle.
Wild Woman Rising journal...
They've all come from somewhere.
From the things I've lived.
From the things I've lost.
From the things I've had to find my way through.
From the woman I've had to become.
And maybe that's the beautiful thing about life...
Sometimes you don't realise what something is making space for until you're standing on the other side of it.
I couldn't have planned this chapter.
I couldn't have written it.
And I certainly wouldn't have chosen some of it. 😂
But I can honestly say now...
I wouldn't rewrite it.
Because I see what's grown & continues to grow from it.
I see what's being created & what's been created...
I look at who I'm becoming from who I was...
And right now... that's enough for me going into 44.
I don't need to know exactly what's coming...
I just want to keep following what feels alive.
What inspires me to create
To keep listening to my heart.
Keep trusting my inner knowing...
And keep becoming more and more of the woman I know I'm here to be.
So here's to Chapter 43.
The endings.
The beginnings.
The WTF moments. 😂
The lessons I didn't ask for.
The things I thought would break me.
The things I never imagined I'd be doing.
And all the versions of me I've had to become along the way.
You were one hell of a chapter.
And honestly...
I'm fu***ng excited for the next one. 🥹 🤰🏼✨
P.S If you want to join me at the Mother & Daughter Circle in 6 days time, there are still spaces available. I'll pop the booking link in the comments below 💞

🌸 MOTHER & DAUGHTER WOMEN'S CIRCLE 🌸
To the mum who's trying so hard to get it right.
To the one who lies awake sometimes wondering if she's saying too much, or not enough.
Who feels her daughter growing and changing a little more each year, and doesn't always know how to navigate this new version of their relationship.
Who wants to guide her, protect her, prepare her for a world that feels so much harder than the one we grew up in — but doesn't always know where to start.
To the daughter's who feel this too.
Who's figuring out who she is in a world that never stops talking at her, telling her how to be, how to look, how to behave.
Who sometimes feels unheard, unsure, or like she has to have it all together when really, she's just trying to figure things out one day at a time.
Who wants the world & her mum to see her — not fix her, not manage her — just see her.
This circle is for both of you.
Not to teach you how to mother, or to tell her how to feel.
Just a space to come as you are — with all the mess, the love, the awkward silences and the things you don't always know how to say out loud.
To sit together in a sacred space.
To put your phones down.
And shut the noise of the world out, just for a little while, to help you enter a space to talk...
To listen...
To laugh...
Maybe even to cry a little...
To remember each other again...
We'll gently explore things like self-worth, body confidence, friendships, boundaries, social media, comparison, peer pressure — and that quiet voice inside that knows when something doesn't feel right...
Because your daughter won't remember every piece of advice you gave her...
She'll remember how it felt to be with you...
To feel safe.
To feel heard.
To feel like she mattered.
And maybe the greatest thing you can give her isn't having all the answers — it's letting her see you as you really are.
Perfectly imperfect.
Still figuring it out too.
Through every season of motherhood.
Every stage of growing up.
This is for wherever you both are right now.
If something in this is speaking to you, I'd love to welcome you and your daughter into the circle. 🤍
Message me for more details or book your space via the link in the comments.

✨️Eeek it's all finalised✨️
💞The first Mother & Daughter Women's Circle 💞
I've been quietly bringing this idea to life alongside my women's circle, and I'm so excited to finally be able to share it with you.
I know how busy life can feel & how hard is sometimes is to find the time to connect with your children in a way that feels truly meaningful.
We're squeezing conversations in between school runs, work, homework, phones, cooking meals, clubs and everything else that fills our days.
Meanwhile, our daughters are growing up in a fast paced world that looks very different from the one we experienced ourselves when we were growing up.
There are so many pressures, expectations, things going on with social media, friendships, relationships and conversations they're having to navigate that many of us never had to face at their age.
As mums, we can sometimes find ourselves wondering...
How do I stay close to her as she grows?
How do I make sure she knows she can talk to me about anything?
How do I support her without always feeling like I'm telling her what to do?
And somewhere in the middle of all that...there's you too.
Motherhood can be beautiful, but it can also be messy, exhausting, emotional and sometimes downright confusing.
We spend so much of our energy making sure our children feel seen, heard and supported that we can forget that we need to feel seen too.
So I wanted to create a space for both of you.
A little time away from the noise and busyness of everyday life.
A chance to be present enough to really listen to each other.
To become curious about each other's inner world.
To talk about some of the things that can feel difficult, awkward or sometimes impossible to bring up at home.
To share, laugh, reflect and perhaps see one another in a slightly different way.
There will be gentle meditation and embodiment practices, journalling, reflection and guided conversation, with space to explore things like:
✨ Self-worth and confidence.
✨ Body image and feeling comfortable in your own skin.
✨ Friendships, relationships and boundaries.
✨ Peer pressure and the pressure to fit in.
✨ The world our girls are growing up in.
✨ Communication and honest conversations.
✨ Listening, understanding and being heard.
This space isn't about teaching you how to be a better mum.
And it isn't about telling your daughter how she should feel or behave.
It's about creating space for the two of you to meet each other exactly where you are.
Whether you're incredibly close, navigating a tricky season, or simply want to nurture the relationship you already share, you are welcome here.
You don't need to have the perfect relationship.
You don't need to know all the answers.
You don't need to know exactly what you'll both talk about.
Just come as you are.
Because sometimes the greatest gift we can give our daughters isn't having all the answers...
It's letting her see us as we really are — perfectly imperfect, still figuring it out too.
It's creating a relationship where they know they can come to us with anything.
And perhaps you'll both leave feeling a little more connected, a little more understood, and more open to really seeing each other, in a way you haven't been able to before..
Mother & daughter.
Two women.
One beautiful, ever-changing relationship.

Wow… it’s been a bit of a crazy 24 hours! 😅
Following the removal of my original post from one of the local groups, I’ve also unexpectedly had to make a venue change for my upcoming Women’s Circle. 🤍
The original venue has decided that some elements of the circle aren’t compatible with their Christian values, so unfortunately I’ve had to find a new space.
I’ll be honest… it’s been a lot to navigate, especially as 16 beautiful women have already booked their places for the September circle. But rather than let it stop us, I’ve found us a new space in Billingham and we’re going ahead! ✨
Sunday 27th September | 7:30–9pm
📍 Billingham
🤍 Women’s Circle
£15 per person.
The circle will still be the same gentle, welcoming space to rest, reconnect and remember who you are, with guided meditation, embodiment practices, journalling & reflection, Reiki healing, oracle card guidance, and sisterhood & connection.
For privacy, I’m sharing the exact venue details directly with those who book.
If you were following the original post or had been thinking about joining us, please feel free to message me and I’ll be happy to send you the details. 🤍
And to the 16 women who have already booked — thank you for trusting me and sticking with me through this unexpected little plot twist! 😂🤍
Sometimes the path changes… but the circle still finds its way. ✨
Message me to book.

The Good Girl inside us asks, “How do I look?”
The Wild Woman inside asks, “How do I feel?”
I know that voice inside your head that plants seeds of doubt...
How do I look when I dance?
Am I doing it right?
Am I sexy enough?
Am I too much?
What will they think of me?
Oh the Good Girl knows how to perform.
She knows how to smile when she's tired.
How to swallow the anger down instead of being honest.
How to make herself smaller so she can fit in.
She knows how to be desirable, but not too sexual.
How to be confident, but not too loud.
How to take care of everyone else first and put herself last.
She knows how to look okay when inside she's falling apart...
But the Wild Woman?
She wants to know:
What is happening inside me?
Where have my boundaries been crossed?
What does my body want to say?
What am I really feeling behind the mask?
What wants to move through me that I have kept inside?
What have I been holding onto when I know I need to let go?
What happens if, just for a little while, I stop worrying about how I look…
…and actually feel myself?
This is what I love about sacred dance.
It's not about choreography.
It's not about being a dancer.
It's not about looking beautiful.
It's about coming back into relationship with your body.
You put the music on.
You close your eyes.
You breathe.
And instead of asking your body to perform for someone else's eyes…
you listen.
Maybe she wants to shake.
Maybe she wants to stretch.
Maybe she wants to curl up on the floor.
Maybe she wants to sway.
Maybe she wants to take up the whole fu***ng room.
Maybe she wants to laugh.
Maybe she wants to scream & cry.
Maybe she doesn't want to move much at all.
All of it is welcome.
Because your body doesn't need to look a certain way to be worthy of being felt.
And this is where sacred dance becomes so much more than dance.
Over the years I've danced with my grief.
My anger.
My loneliness.
My frustration.
My sensuality.
My joy.
My rage.
I've danced with the little girl inside me who refuses to give up.
I've danced with the parts of myself I've spent years trying to hide.
I've danced awkwardly.
I've danced wildly.
I've danced with curled-up toes and absolutely no idea what I was doing.
And somewhere along the way, I stopped caring whether it looked good.
I started caring about whether it felt true to me.
And that, to me, is where real liberation exists.
You might discover something you didn't know you were carrying.
Something you've been too busy to feel.
Something you've been too afraid to say.
Or perhaps nothing profound happens at all.
Perhaps you simply spend two hours being connected with yourself inside a deeply held sisterhood.
So this is your invitation.
Not to become someone new.
Not to fix yourself.
Not to perform some perfect version of femininity.
But to remember the woman underneath all the conditioning.
The one who hides behind the good girl.
The woman who feels.
The woman who desires.
The woman who moves.
The woman who takes up space.
The woman who knows that her body belongs to her.
