I was honestly gutted to miss the Christmas period — I had so many festive braid designs ready to go and it broke my heart not being able to do them 😭🎄 BUT… everything happens for a reason and I’m coming back refreshed, inspired, and FULL of ideas ✨

With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, I’ve got the cutest braid ideas planned, especially for the little ones 🥹💘

Hey lovelies 🤍
Due to another fall on my already injured knee, I’ve unfortunately done more damage and have been signed off work for the next 4 weeks. This has been tough, especially being self-employed, but I’m taking things one step at a time.

I’m currently awaiting results to see if surgery is needed. Recovery has been estimated at 8–12 months with or without surgery, but I’m staying positive and focused on healing.

This is just a little post to say I’m still here — still passionate, still planning, and I’ll still be bringing you the best braids when I’m back where I belong 🖤

I miss you all loads and I promise I’ll be back as soon as my body allows. Thank you for sticking with me 🤍

First day back at work today and honestly… my knee has absolutely told me off 😅🙏
As most of you know, I’ve torn my MCL, and I really thought I’d manage a bit better, but as soon as I got home it fully gave way and reminded me I’m not there yet.

So for December I’m only going to be taking on a limited amount of appointments until my knee can handle a bit more. I don’t want to push it and end up making it worse.

I’m slowly easing myself back into work ❤️‍🩹
I’ve got my MRI and fracture clinic appointment on the 4th of December, so for now I’m taking things week by week and listening to my body.

I’ll be limiting my appointments this month as I’m still struggling to stand for long periods, but I don’t want to disappear completely either. Thank you all so much for your patience, messages and support — it honestly means the world.

If you already have an appointment booked for December and haven’t had a message from me yet, please drop me a message just so I can double-check everything and make sure you’re still in the diary.

If you need an appointment, feel free to message me too — I’ll do my best to fit you in around what I can manage. Hopefully I’ll know more after my hospital appointments on the 4th and can update you all properly then 🤍

💛 Important Update 💛

I’ve been putting this off because I honestly didn’t want to let anyone down… but I’ve ended up damaging my knee on friday evening and I’ve been told I need to rest. I’ll be out of work for at least a week. They’ve advised it could be a few weeks, but I’m going to take it week by week and see how I go.

I hate having to step back, especially because I work for myself and still have kids to provide for, but I also need to heal properly so I can come back 100%.

Anyone who has appointments booked with me — I’ll message you all individually and feel free to pop me a message if you have any questions about your app.
