Been a minute! Current shape. Probably the longest break from social media have took in a while! Just a quick check in, all is good here! focusing on a lot of big goals in 2024!

I'm changing my approach on a lot of aspects in order to really maximize several areas of my life to the fullest! This includes everything from training, business, health, mobility I am putting a heavy emphasis on taking action steps for LONGEVITY!

When it comes to Fitness, the plan has always been to be at the highest level I can be for as LONG as I possibly can! In order to do that there has to be a strategy to make sure it's something you're going to be able to actually do. When it comes down to the body, your joints, your ligaments, your mental state, your happiness around all of these things etc. that takes a lot of INTENTIONAL work in many areas that sometimes we don't put enough emphasis on when we're too busy thinking of the now and not what's gonna give us the best long term gain.

I haven't been posting much, but I've still been grinding, putting in work in the gym currently on zero supplements, except Creatine for the last three since the Olympia.

I'll be updating a lot more in the near future. I'm definitely ready for a goal crushing year.

2014-2023 crazy how time goes by so fast! So much change took between these pictures! But I can't say for sure I single-handedly saw change the game back then. The division was figuring itself out, and he definitely trail-blazed the posing and direction of where division went and is today.

The camaraderie and friendships that you develop in this industry is really one of the most valuable things you walk away with.

It was an honor to Share the stage with you once again brother. And congrats on the epic come back after five years off.

2023 in the books! Feeling really grateful for a very successful year! This was by far the most competitive Mr. Olympia, and I'm grateful to place with a ranking spot! Not easy! I'm happy with the package I brought. A balanced, clean & aesthetic look. I see a lot of things I'm happy with, and I also see some areas that I can improve in, Thats Bodybuilding!

After a very long and grueling year of pushing through a lot of adversity im happy with the package I brought, and having a Rank position #15 in the world on the most competitive field in the Men's physique History.

Longer post coming later on plans for the the future but for now we rest, recover and enjoy life without all the restrictions.

Bodybuilding a such a mental game, you push yourself so hard, live with so much restriction, wake up every single day with a mountain of tasks in front of you that you need to execute with perfection or you fail! Not Many things allow you to learn so much by yourself, so for that, I'm truly grateful.

It's been an awesome year with a lot to show for including earning the title of becoming the 1st Men's physique Masters Mr ⭕️ title. Thank you for following me on my journey 🙏

massive thank you to for being the vessel that allowed me push myself beyond limits I knew were possible and help me grow into the man I am today. Some of the core principles existed in me before bodybuilding, but it's bodybuilding that truly showed me what they are and now I can transfer the same characteristics that I've built into every aspect of my life!

I've been in the Pro league over 10 years, I've been to 9 different Olympia's, I've done over 40 professional shows. This is truly an honor, and a great way to stamp my name in the industry. And seeing it on this poster just made me feel that victory all over again!

At first, I did it just to do it, then I was doing it simply, for myself, over time I really appreciated that I was able to inspire motivate and help uplift so many others through my journey, sharing my stories all these last 10 years!

17 more days until we do it again! I believe this is the most competitive, but also the most exciting ever! The competition is stiff! Top 10 is gonna be a dog fight!

It all comes down to who shows up the best on that day, at that exact time when prejudging hits !

I'm confident I will bring my best ever and chasing the top spot is definitely the target I am aiming for 🎯
