It’s with a very heavy heart I have to do this…

Unfortunately over the last couple of months I’ve seen an increase in rescheduled/cancelled appointments within the required 48 hour notice period.
For anybody that knows me, will tell you I am the most understanding, considerate and the least confrontational person there is but this isn’t always a good thing. Sometimes my kindness can be taken for granted.
I have put everything I have into making The Laser Clique what it is and although I don’t regret a single sacrifice I’ve had to make or every struggle I’ve had to overcome, I have slacked when it comes to protecting my business. Therefore I have had no choice but to update my cancellation policy and moving forward I will be enforcing it.
This is my only source of income, my family rely on my business and when I have cancellations at the last minute I am unable to fill the appointments.
This is by no means aimed at anybody in particular, it’s been a post I’ve been putting off doing for a while. I hope you all understand this is not from a place of malice, I’m just asking you to be mindful with how much notice you give when you cancel your appointments.
As always, I am so unbelievably grateful for all the support you continue to give to my baby business, without you all, I wouldn’t be where I am today!
