Went into work extra early today to scrub everything down, every corner, wall, object, nuck & cranny in my treatment room & gave it a little facelift; decluttered the best I could as I do use everything in the room & changed the feature wall. ……..Everyone said it looked exactly the same 😂 because it’s always spotless and the mirror was polished after the photo was taken 😉 OCD is a superpower yanno 🦸‍♀️ ……But I can tell the difference 😁 I love my tranquil space, it’s a great therapeutic room 😍 Peaceful. Beautiful evening for Garden 🪴 Yoga 🧘 and meditation 🧘‍♀️ I was taught a yoga routine many years ago when I first started martial arts to warm up and cool down and correctly stretch every muscle in the body🥋 This was in my early 20’s. At that time I didn’t know I was being taught yoga techniques. I always delved in and out of different martial arts techniques and places over the years discovered more interesting information about the subject myself since. I still to this day use the same method I was taught at first 🥰 Yes Yoga is amazing and grateful to have met such wonderful like minded individuals on my journey. They know who the are 🫶 Thank you 🙏 It will serve me very well indeed in my next chapter 🫶🤟💖✨🙏💫💋💋💋

Loving my new chosen sport 🫶 Tonight I was learning all about Ram-Muay rituals, these are dance rituals we have to do before we fight to cleanse the space & energy protection and change of calm mindset to fighters mindset. A bit like the witchcraft energy rituals I’ve learnt over the years too. All very fascinating stuff and very spiritual too.
