Just to clarify how delivery works:
We take 1 working day to prepare your cones, then dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next day.
If you placed your order between Friday 1pm and Monday 1pm, it will typically be prepared Monday and dispatched Tuesday. For Eid, we are pushing dispatches earlier where possible on a first come, first served basis.
If your order hasn’t gone out today, don’t worry. It is not late. Royal Mail will aim to deliver before Eid, InshaAllah.

Most artists actually keep multiple cones ready while working.
• 0.38mm for ultra fine details
• 0.45mm for general lines
• 0.50mm for bold outlines and filling areas faster

0.38mm henna cones do not clog. The real issue is usually too much pressure.

A 0.38mm tip is extremely fine and designed for very intricate mehndi work. When you squeeze too hard, the paste cannot flow properly and it starts to feel like the cone is blocked.

In this video I am showing how smoothly a properly filtered henna cone flows when you use gentle and controlled pressure. With the right technique the lines stay thin, smooth and continuous.

If you are a beginner it is better to start with 0.45mm or 0.50mm cones. They are easier to control and still give beautiful thin lines. Once you build hand control you can move to 0.38mm for very detailed designs.

Important tip before using your henna cone
When you remove the sellotape from the tip, you may notice a small amount of henna paste flowing out on its own.
This is completely normal.
Our cones are pressure packed by design.
This helps:
Clear the tip automatically
Remove any air pockets or clogs
Make the cone ready to use straight away
What to do:
Let the paste flow out for a few seconds
Once it stops naturally, wipe the excess
Use the cone as normal
There is no need to use a pin or needle to open the tip.
This process ensures a smooth flow and consistent application from the first line.
