The top 3 questions I get asked about cryopen lesion removal!
1. Does it hurt? It literally is just a little sting, that goes away extremely quickly.
2. How long does it take? Including consultation, 15 minutes. Whether the actual treatment itself is around 60 seconds. With most lesions, taking up to 15 seconds.
3. Does it remove them straight away? No, the lesions die off naturally. This can take anywhere from 10 days to 6 weeks. Depending on the size and type of the lesion and how you heal.

World mental health day.
You can look like the happiest person in the world and feel alone, hiding what is inside from the world to see.
As someone who has suffered with their mental health from panic attacks to ptsd I know too well how hard it can be and how well it can be hidden.
I truly believe incorporating holistic elements into my practice from breathwork, massage to sound healing helps women leave feeling more grounded and relaxed and can help with mental wellbeing.
Another reason I love my work in the community also is working with many people who struggle with their mental health and being able to give them the space to heal through being supportive, listening and mindfulness sessions.

Bespoke facial for the lovely Nicola.
Nicola gets quite red skin, that often feels rough to the touch. This mainly comes from her skin routine which can lack at times.
Here I did a calming facial treatment that would also hydrate the skin. As you can see her skin is calmer, brighter and glowing.
During her treatment she did tell me she hadn’t been cleansing properly, even though she loves the cleanser she purchased from me and knows how much of a difference this makes. It’s cool Nic is a busy woman, I gave her a trick on how to incorporate her skin routine into her evening schedule before the tiredness really hits.

Buying someone a beauty advent calendar listen up!!
Beauty advent calendars are a total no-no!
Here’s why:
There are often 25 different products for the skin in these advent calendars. Many of these can contain active ingredients. This can often leave the skin crying out, becoming reactive. Breakouts, redness, dryness and irritability amongst other things. This is especially important if someone already struggles with their skin. Putting many different product on can cause damage. to the skin barrier.
