If I had rosacea, these are the ingredients I’d be looking for👇

Rosacea prone skin is often dealing with two main challenges:

❤️ A weakened skin barrier.

🔥 Ongoing inflammation.

That’s why I’d focus less on chasing miracle products and more on ingredients that help strengthen the barrier, calm inflammation and support healthier skin over time.

My top picks would be:

✔ Ceramides

✔ Niacinamide

✔ Hyaluronic Acid

✔ Colloidal Oatmeal

✔ Azelaic Acid

and I’d never skip my SPF.

Remember, no single ingredient will cure rosacea, but choosing products with evidence backed ingredients can make a real difference to how your skin looks and feels.

💬 If you have rosacea, what’s one ingredient your skin absolutely loves?

Struggle with rosacea I can help you.

Before you buy another skincare product, check these 7 signs your skin barrier is damaged 👇

If your skin barrier isn’t healthy, even the most expensive skincare won’t perform the way it’s should.

Here are 7 common signs your skin may be asking for repair instead of another active ingredient:

1. Your skin feels tight after cleansing
Your cleanser shouldn’t leave your skin feeling squeaky clean or stretched.

2. Your products sting or burn
If your moisturiser suddenly feels uncomfortable, your barrier may be compromised.

3. You look red more often than usual
Persistent redness can be a sign your skin is struggling to protect itself.

4. Your skin is flaky, rough or peeling
A damaged barrier can’t hold onto moisture as effectively.

5. You’re breaking out more
When your skin barrier is weakened, inflammation and spots can become more common.

6. Your skin feels both oily and dry
Your skin may produce more oil to try and compensate for the lack of hydration.

7. Nothing seems to be working anymore
You’ve bought another cleanser, another serum and another moisturiser, but your skin still doesn’t feel right.

Sometimes the answer isn’t adding more skincare, it’s giving your skin the chance to recover.

Focus on a gentle cleanser, a nourishing moisturiser, daily SPF and a little patience.

My NanoHeal is also the perfect skin healing treatment. No downtime just healthy, hydrated glowing skin.

Have you experienced any of these signs? Let me know in the comments or send me a message if you’re not sure where to start.

If your skincare suddenly stings, your skin is trying to tell you something.

People often think they have:
• Sensitive skin
• Rosacea
• Adult acne
• Dry skin

But often, the real issue is a damaged skin barrier.

When your skin barrier isn’t functioning properly, even your favourite products can start to burn, redness becomes more noticeable, and breakouts can become harder to control.

Before reaching for another active serum or exfoliant, ask yourself -

✔️ Does my skin feel tight after cleansing?
✔️ Does moisturiser sting?
✔️ Am I flaky and oily at the same time?
✔️ Has my skin become more reactive than usual?

Sometimes healing starts by doing less, not more.

I mean it’s therapy isn’t it 🤷‍♀️

I want you to have good skin but more importantly you feel that good that you keep coming back.

Taking that 60-90 minutes for yourself and leave feeling confident in your skin and relaxed and revived. ☁️✨

For many of my clients that thorough reset is just as important as their skin 🫧

Acne is about so much more than what we see on the surface.

After more than 20 years helping people with acne, I’ve brought together everything I’ve learnt into a brand new 16-week online Root Cause Acne Programme.

This isn’t about another product or another quick fix.

It’s about understanding your skin, exploring what may be contributing to your breakouts and supporting you every step of the way.

I’m looking for 2 committed founding clients at a special introductory price of £150 (future price £359).

If you’ve tried everything and you’re ready for a different approach, I’d love to hear from you.

🤯 This was one of the things that surprised me whilst learning more about rosacea.

When we think about food triggers, most of us immediately think of spicy foods 🌶️

But some people with rosacea also notice flushing after foods containing cinnamaldehyde or foods that are naturally high in histamine.

That doesn’t mean these foods cause rosacea.

And it definitely doesn’t mean everyone with rosacea should avoid them.

The important message is this:

Rosacea triggers are personal to you, nobody else.

Rather than cutting out lots of healthy foods, start by noticing whether there’s a pattern between what you eat and how your skin behaves.

Small observations can tell you much more than a long list of foods to avoid.

💬 Have you ever noticed your skin flushing after a particular food?

The part you didn’t know you realise you needed.

My facial treatments are all about getting results but results are not just external they are internal too.

As women we are often in go mode with a huge list of things to do, not realising just how tense we are.

I like to bring an element of relaxation

☁️ calming
☁️ resetting
☁️ releasing

Through

🍃 massage
🍃 movement
🍃 stillness
🍃 sound

It’s not just a facial treatment it is an embodied experience 🍃☁️✨💆🏼

If you want to experience what I offer I have a cancellation Saturday 25th at 9:30am

Acne isn’t a one facial treatment, actually a facial treatment is only part of the picture.

My client has struggled with her skin for a while.

We took a 360 approach looking at lifestyle, diet, sleep, etc. we created a plan together that would be sustainable. Food wise my client eats pretty decent some small adjustments needed only.

Here you can see she has breakouts, uneven skin tone, skin is dull, slightly red and there is some scarring.

Swipe to see how we are progressing ➡️

Head into May and her skin is looking so much calmer. The flare ups around periods are not as bad.

Still some reactivity so adjustments made.

2 barrier repair treatments between these images also.

July my client has developed some pigmentation even though she regularly uses sunscreen. Pigmentation can also be linked to hormones also so we will monitor this. Very minimal breakouts now and skin reactivity is very low.

As her skin is now in a better position I did a peel to help with the pigmentation. The glow there is real too. Literally post peel glow is vibe.

We will now monitor her skin how it reacts as we move through the next phases.

If we are in the right position soon we will start microneedling for scarring.
