Our names are Gary & Cheryl Barlow we are trained in SLM (Steve Lockhart Myotherapy) Bodywork, and this is our story of how it all began. Cheryl had not been well for many years and was diagnosed with ME chronic fatigue, this is more of a common illness today than people think. We have spent thousands of pounds on all sorts of alternative medicines, therapies to help with her pain and condition. G

a great way to warm your muscles up before any exerciser or strenuous work DEEP HEAT RUB on the lower back and legs kick starts the blood to the Muscles, a lot of our clients have been testing this out for us and they all say after they have done what they do Muscles don't stiffen up much at all, Big thanks to all our clients for trusting in us :)

WARMING DOWN IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN WARMING UP.
Both are very important but the warming down drains the muscles of the blood that you have needed to do your exercise and that blood needs to drain and be replaced with oxygen to give it the suppleness so the muscle does not get sore and painful.

We have come across a lot of our clients that sit down for a Job that have Wallets and change pouches in there back pockets, As you can imagine with something in your back pocket when sitting on anything your hips don't sit square with your spine and this does put a lot of pressure on your lower Back,
