Bit of a raw one for me here.....
But I thought I would come on here and update you all on my personal skin journey...

My skin hasn’t always been as glowy and fresh as the first slide l’ve had my fair share of hormonal breakouts, diet struggles and just not really knowing what my skin needed.

Over the last 6 months I have been researching and learning what products understand my skin and managed to stick to a consistent routine - including regular facials, prioritising time for my skin, being careful with sun exposure, drinking plenty of water ....🧖🏼‍♀️

It’s still not ‘perfect’ and most likely never will but that’s not the point, the point is my skin feels healthier and makes me feel happier within myself🫶🏼

Did you know your hands contain over 1500 bacteria per square centimeter !! Adding up to millions of bacteria overall, even if your hands look ‘clean’

The reason I advise you to clean your hands before washing your face is your hands come into contact with numerous different surfaces and environments throughout the day (door handles, phones, public transport….) these all can be infested with bacteria and germs. By touching your face after it can result to those germs and bacteria being transferred onto your face causing a higher chance of an outbreak 😷
