Booking is open currently for the 4th, but it may be worth waiting until next week to see if the forecast rain improves things.

We're really sorry everyone but we need to cancel the sauna sessions for Keeper's pond tomorrow as the national park have banned swimming/entering the water due to extremely low water levels and obstacles in the (now shallow) water that have been exposed and pose a risk.

We've sent a text message to the booking number of everyone who had booked for tomorrow. If you'd like to reschedule for another date you can do that tonight. But if not you'll be issued a full refund tomorrow (though it takes about 5 days to be back in your account).

Really sorry again, it's been a tough summer with wildfires and cancellations, hopefully we'll be back to normal soon!

Bannau Brycheiniog National Park have recently posted to say that Keeper's pond is currently closed for swimming. Although the car park is open there have been various obstructions and hazards found in the low water levels. Please do not swim/dip there.

We are not at Keeper's tomorrow (30th Aug) due to a vehicle issue, but were hoping to be back on the 6th September. We will now be keeping an eye on the situation and any decision made will be in line with Bannau Brycheiniog National Park advice. As a result we may need to cancel the 6th as well. We will be in touch nearer the time.

Bannau Brycheiniog National Park have announced the closure of Keeper's Pond.

Fire crews, farmers and wardens working hard to tackle the wildfires on the mountain and using the water.

Please keep away from the area. If you've booked a sauna session we're sorry but it is cancelled, full refunds available, or reschedule via the link in your booking email. Any issues please drop us a message.

Pond level has dropped but still great for a swim.
