We couldn’t talk about the A&S team without introducing our lovely Louise 🤍

Louise is incredibly passionate about massage and genuinely loves what she does. She has such a passion for helping people relax, unwind and feel their best, and that really shines through in every treatment she gives. 🫶🏼

As well as working here at A&S, Louise is currently teaching at college, helping to train and inspire the next generation of massage therapists. How amazing is that?! ✨ She loves sharing her knowledge and watching others develop their skills.

When she’s not working, you’ll usually find Louise spending time with her little girl and her family, enjoying long dog walks 🐾 or getting out for a run. 🏃🏼‍♀️

✨ MEET MICHELLE — OUR SENIOR STYLIST ✨

Next up in our Meet the Team series is our fabulous senior stylist, Michelle 🤎

With over 30 years of experience behind the chair, Michelle has an incredible amount of knowledge and experience under her belt. She’s seen it all and still absolutely loves what she does! ✂️

Michelle loves getting creative, especially when it comes to cutting, big chops and complete restyles. There’s nothing she enjoys more than giving her clients a fresh new look and seeing the confidence that comes with it! ✨

When she’s not in the salon, Michelle loves a weekend away, especially when she can take her gorgeous dog Buddy along for the adventure 🐶🤎. She loves a good long walk, exploring new places… and of course, there’s always time for a nice glass of w**e 🍷😂

✨ MEET ALEX — THE “A” IN A&S ✨

Let’s introduce the other half of A&S… Alex! 💕 The A in the name and one half of the sister duo behind the salon!

Alex and her sister Sarah founded A&S from their shared passion and love for the hair and beauty industry. What started as a dream has grown into the salon they’re so proud to call their own. 🖤✨

With an incredible 22 years of experience in hairdressing, Alex is a true hair girl at heart! She specialises in colour and hair extensions and absolutely loves a big transformation. There’s nothing she loves more than seeing a client leave her chair feeling confident, amazing and like the very best version of themselves. ✨

Alex is always keeping up with the latest trends, techniques and looks, and you’ll usually find her on her next course learning something new! She’s constantly pushing herself to grow and improve, because she believes her clients deserve nothing but the best. 🤎

Outside of the salon, Alex is mum to two teenagers and loves spending time with her family. She’s also a big fan of keeping active, getting outdoors and enjoying everything life has to offer. 🌿🏃‍♀️

✨ MEET SARAH — OUR BEAUTY QUEEN ✨

If you know A&S, you’ll know Sarah is the heart of the salon 🤍 And yes… her name is literally in the salon! 😂

Sarah has been in the beauty industry for an incredible 20 years, starting her career with some of the top names in the beauty industry in Cardiff. She’s passionate about everything beauty and takes so much pride in every treatment she offers.

But what makes Sarah really special is her clients. 🫶 She genuinely loves seeing her regulars and getting to know every person who sits in her chair. Every treatment is personal, bespoke and tailored to you, and Sarah’s biggest goal is always to make sure you leave feeling happy, confident and pampered. ✨

From beauty treatments to those little chats and laughs along the way, Sarah is a huge part of what makes A&S feel like A&S. 🤍

When she’s not in the salon, Sarah is a very proud mum to her two little boys and spends as much time as she can with her family. She loves the outdoors, dog walks, and enjoying the simple things in life… with the occasional glass of w**e and a good chill! 🍷🐾

We honestly wouldn’t be A&S without her. 🤍
