Next month I celebrate my first anniversary of being a Massage Therapist.

It's been a wonderful journey so far as I learn more, develop and grow into myself, and I'm looking forward to really expanding the business more this year and fully embracing the role.

To celebrate (and seeing as it's also Valentine's Day later this week) I thought I would offer a Giveaway with some FANTASTIC PRIZES

Prize No 1:
Win an Annual Membership for you and your partner or chosen friend and receive unlimited massage. FREE Worth £1000

Prize No 2
Win an Annual Membership for you and your partner or a chosen friend and receive unlimited massage. 50% off Full Price

Prize No 3

General Adult life and Covid has kept us apart for longer than we would normally and it was awesome getting to wind and grind with my girls last night (This White man has all the grooves 🤣)

People of Cardiff........

Did you know I'm in you every Sunday morning at 10.30am??? (Thinking to change time to 9.30am)

I teach an Elemental Mandala Vinyasa Yoga Class in Seren yoga in Llanishen. A lovely small studio with a maximum of between I'd say 9-12 people so you get a quality class without being trampled over or feel to exposed. It's capable of being lovely at Hot which is huge bonus in the winter.

Elemental Mandala is a gorgeous creative style of Yoga that connects physically and energetically to the elements of nature and we circle of mats in a cyclical direction which allows for freedom of movement.

Classes have been super quiet at the moment so to keep my class safe then I need your help. Studios are much safer than their teachers and many of us are at risk of losing our jobs or having studios close down in worse case scenarios

Tell your friends, tell your family, tell.your dog! Hahaha

Everyone is welcome, all levels and abilities and above all.......ALL Genders ♥️🌈

Happy Movement Monday

In addition to my massage work, I perform professionally as a Dancer and guide people as a Yoga Teacher.

Movement is key, much needed and everyone should do it. Find what makes your body sing. Is it dancing? Weightlifting? Triathlon? Find your vibe and enjoy

And then let people like me ease those muscles through massage so you can continue to love Movement ❤️
