The Pamper Shed may not be held responsible for loss of correspondence such as appointment confirmation or reminder messages. If there is an error, or you need to update your contact details, please email [email protected] to have them rectified. PAYING FOR TREATMENTS
When booking your treatments, you are agreeing that you have the means to pay either before or at the time of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in all future bookings cancelled and/or an admin fee added to your booking(s). The Pamper Shed can accept most major credit and debit cards, along with cash and gift vouchers. CHANGE OF MIND
The Pamper Shed will not issue price adjustments/refunds for change of mind. The client must pay for the full amount of the time booked out even if the client requests a reduced or changed service. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING AND NO SHOWS
When appointments are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice. The Pamper Shed is often unable to fill the vacancy. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, The Pamper Shed requests at least 48 hours notice before the commencement time of the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules after this 48-hour time frame will result in an invoice for the full remaining amount of the appointment cost to be sent to the email address provided. Failure to pay an invoice by the due date will lead to forfeiture of the ability to book in again. REPEAT OFFENDERS
Consistently cancelling after the 48-hour time frame or not showing for your appointments, after the third time will lead to forfeiture of the ability to book in again. LATE ARRIVALS
The Pamper Shed does not extend service times or issue price adjustments for late arrival. Failure to arrive exactly on time for an appointment will lead to service alteration, allowing only the most important parts of the service to be performed. Arriving more than 10 minutes late for an appointment will result in it’s immediate cancellation. An invoice for the full remaining amount of the appointment cost will be sent to the email address provided by the client. ARRIVAL PROTOCOL
Please come alone to your appointment and arrive at your appointment time (not before or after) and wait outside in your vehicle, until you are invited in. If you are arriving on foot, there is an undercover waiting area in the garden where you can take a seat. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
The Pamper Shed retains the right to refuse service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to frequent cancellations, lateness, failure to comply with the The Pamper Shed’s policies.

Today has been one of those days 🤍
The kind of day that reminds me why I do what I do and just how special the relationships I share with my clients truly are. I’ve been completely spoiled with Christmas gifts (Sophia too 🥹), but more than that, I’ve been trusted with stories, emotions and moments that I will never take for granted.
From incredibly brave conversations, to life-changing, joy-filled news that’s still being held close until the right moment… I feel so honoured to be a small part of people’s lives in ways that go far beyond treatments and appointments.
This little shed holds so much more than skincare and self-care — it holds trust, connection, healing, hope and celebration.
I honestly love my job, and I’m endlessly grateful for each and every client who walks through my door. Thank you for letting me be me, and for letting me be part of your journey 🥰
