Last be certainly not least Sean Perry

Sean has been working for the Fire and Rescue Service for over 20 years. He is very passionate about wellbeing and has been providing sound healing to operational fire crew for a couple of years now as well as to other work colleagues. Sean regularly attends retreats where he enjoys holding space and delivering sound healing.

When I met Sean he instantly put me at ease with his calm demeanour. I was actually supposed to be doing a sound bath at a retreat but I opted to experience Sean’s offering instead and it was so wonderful 💜

Sean will be doing the sound bath at our Sound Jam event 10th Nov.

Another glorious introduction this morning Meet Joe Biscoe and his partner Karen Campbell

Joe and Karen run shamanic journeying groups in around the South West. Where they focus on the deep shamanic healing process, dealing with traumas in this life and also in past lives. They also run psychic development groups where you can be guided on your journey to begin working with your intuition and spirt.

I’ll never forget how comfortable Joe made me feel on my first drumming experience where I journeyed to meet my inner child.

On the 10th of November Joe and Karen will be taking you on a journey to meet your spirit animal 🦔

It’s time to start introducing you to our amazing sound jam tribe.

First up we have the amazingly talented Dunya Lamrhari 🤎
When I first heart Dunya sing I was blown away her voice is simply heartwarming and grounding.

Dunya is a Glastonbury based DJ, musician, sound-healer and podcaster. She's a skilled musician, a singer, guitarist & flautist whose sound journey's transport you to a state of deep relaxation. She honours her heritage by infusing mystical Middle Eastern sounds & singing in Arabic and celebrates her love for Kirtan, by weaving in beautiful Mantras/prayers in Sanskrit into her sound-baths.

She will be singing for you on Sunday 10th November at The Folk Hall Portishead and guess what you get to join in as she teaches you simple verses you can sing as a group and also get the opportunity to play your drum.
