I heard something this week that has stayed with me, so thought I would take some time to share my version.
Here's a thought?
What if accepting that every part of you has a place in your story of who you are?
As we learn to accept all of who we are, we can begin to see what's been there all along.
✨Every piece matters
✨ Every piece has its place
✨Every feeling belongs
✨ Every part of you is worthy of acceptance and compassion
So what if growth isn't about fixing the parts of you that feel messy or uncomfortable or uncertain. Perhaps growth is about curiosity, compassion for ourselves and learning which parts of us show up when we need them. Like the mosaic, every piece contributes to our whole identity.
