Most people walk straight past this plant without realising it's the source of one of the world's most popular natural fibre supplements.

In this reel, I'll show you how to harvest and process common plantain seeds into a psyllium-like husk using simple techniques. 🌿

Would you give it a go, or are you sticking with the shop-bought version?

⚠️ Always be 100% confident in your plant identification before harvesting any wild plants, and forage responsibly.

⚠️ Always drink lots of water when taking psyllium.

The natural world is full of small wonders that often go unnoticed. When we slow down and pay attention, we begin to see the intricate beauty, patterns, and connections that surround us.

Join us for a gentle 4-hour journey through the woodlands of Stanmer Park, designed to cultivate presence, curiosity, and a sense of childlike wonder. Together, we'll explore the world of fungi, wild plants, and the hidden details of the forest, learning to observe nature through a slower, more mindful lens.

Led by Christian from Urban Forage and Max from All Things Fungi, this immersive experience combines nature connection, mushroom and plant discovery, and grounding breathwork inspired by the interconnectedness of the natural world.

The experience concludes with a warming mushroom dish and foraged tea at Urban Forage headquarters.

Pair your wellness day with a 1 hour Sauna Ritual at the Stanmer sauna Garden, you can add this at checkout (as we know Sauna isn't for everyone) as an Add On. 11.30am or 5.30pm to start or finish your experience.

🍓 Tiny but mighty! Wild strawberries may be small, but they're packed with flavour and have been tempting foragers for centuries. In this reel, I'll show you how to identify them, where they grow, and how to tell them apart from lookalikes.

Once you've tasted a truly wild strawberry, you'll never forget it.

⚠️ Only eat wild plants if you're 100% confident in your identification.
