Holistic and spiritual practices changed my life ✨

These tools have carried me through some of the toughest moments of my life. Honestly, I can’t imagine how I would have coped without access to so many healing modalities and practices that helped me find my way back to myself

When my heart felt like it was breaking into pieces, I gave myself healing to gently put those pieces back together 💔

When life felt like it was spiralling out of control, I learnt how to pause, step back, & see things from a different perspective 🌀

When my heart was racing + panic took over, I learnt how to slow my breath, ground myself, & find safety again through meditation 🧘

Over the years, I’ve invested tens of thousands of £ into my own healing, growth & education — not just for me, but for you too.

So I can hold the safest spaces possible.
So I can be trauma-informed.
So I know what truly feels supportive at retreats.
So I can guide powerful, transformational experiences that help people reconnect with themselves 🙌🏼🎉

Retreats, especially, have changed my life.

At one of the 1st retreats I attended, I realised that one throwaway comment from my childhood — something my dad probably never even remembered saying — had quietly shaped so much of my life. With support from those around me, I released the power those words had held over me… life has never felt the same since ✨

At another retreat, I helped facilitate between sessions & became completely obsessed with how it felt to support others in that space.

Watching someone release emotions they had carried for decades. Seeing them feel lighter. Happier. Freer.

That feeling changed something in me 💖

I’ve always loved helping people… but this was different.

Now, I use everything I’ve learnt, every experience, every lesson, every piece of wisdom I’ve gathered along the way to help people on a soul level.

This is what I’m here for.
This is what I’m meant to do.

I’ll never stop learning, growing, & evolving — for myself, for my family, for my clients, and for you 🤍
