The Saltdean Lido Sauna

If you have kids on their summer holidays, why not pop down to our family friendly session, every Wednesday at 2pm for children aged 12+ with an adult.

If your kids are over 16, they are welcome at the sauna any time!

Your sauna host is there to support you if you have any questions about hot and cold therapy, or check out our tips to impress your kids when you pop down.

Come and join us! Lots of space available this weekend

August 🌞

It's Pride weekend! Whether you need an escape from the busy crowds, or you want to celebrate with your friends in a different way, Saltdean Lido Sauna is a safe and inclusive space for the LGBTQIA+ community and beyond 🌈

The sauna has become a new social space for people to connect, and here in Saltdean you can extend that with a dip in the pool Saltdean Lido 🏊🏽‍♀️ and some amazing food and drinks at Reading Room Lido

See you this weekend? Happy Pride!

Treat yourself this weekend to a sauna. Maybe add a lavender salt scrub or essential oils to your experience?

If that sounds like your vibe, then save a few quid by booking on to our spa session with the above included, every Sunday at 3pm.

Alternatively, book a communal or private sauna and let your host know if you want to add a special treat 🪻

The Brighton area is cooling down this week with a nice average of 20° with cooler mornings and evenings. I actually wore a jumper this morning! Time to pop to your favourite sauna again 🫶🏽
