Wishing all the runners in the this Sunday the very best.

We would love to welcome you to for a recovery session afterwards in the toasty sauna and contrast cold plunges.

Also free parking + a lovely cafe - where family/supporters can hang out if it's just you in the sauna. They also do a cracking roast.

If you're a group or charity please get in touch to see if we can accommodate private sessions. If there are 8 spots remaining it means it's also still available for a private group booking.

We are open from 8.30am - 10.30am for 30 min sessions (just book two if you want 1 hour).

We acknowledge those runners fundraising for the many wonderful charities as well as folks taking part for their own personal journey, for fitness, wellbeing, milestones and more. We're here for it all!

As it's half-term, we've also got Family sessions this week open to young people aged 12+. Start them early on the benefits of sauna!

Book via our website and look for 'Family-friendly 55 minute communal sauna' under appointment type. Specific slots on certain days/times - you can also bring them to private group bookings.

(Must be accompanied by an adult, regrettably no access to the chilled tanks but lots of fun with the waterfall bucket!)
