This is the question I get asked more than almost anything else, so let’s clear it up once and for all
A good blowdry isn’t one technique applied to every head that walks in. It’s knowing how to adapt to every different hair type that walks through the door. Curly hair needs different products, different tension on the brush than straight or wavy hair does — but the end result? Just as smooth, just as bouncy, just as long-lasting.
Here’s the thing — loads of curly girls have been told their hair “won’t hold” or “won’t go straight properly.” That’s not a hair problem, that’s a technique problem.
I’ve been doing this 10 years. I know curly hair. I know how to work with it, not against it.
