By appointment only. No walk ins. All treatments will require a patch test at least 48 hours beforehand which can be done at your consultation which will be a quick 15 minute appointment. A non refundable booking fee will need to be paid to guarantee any bookings which will be deducted from the price on the day of treatment. I operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. This means I will need 24 hours notice of any cancellations so that I have time to fill this space. 50% of treatment price will need to be paid if 24 hours notice isn't given for any cancellations. If 24 hours notice is given there will be no charge and your booking fee can be transferred. Please arrive to your appointment with no eye makeup�
