AIRBRUSH MAKE-UP // Lots of people ask me what is airbrush make-up? It's a method of make-up application. Mainly foundation is applied using the airbrush system, although blusher, bronzer, highlighter and even eye make-up can be applied too. A few drops of liquid is needed and is blown onto the face through an airbrush gun and air compressor.

Much less airbrush foundation is required than traditional liquid or cream to cover a full face for a professional makeup application, therefore creating a lighter feel. I use silicone based formulas which create a dewy, radiant light weight finish that lasts all day.

PRO TIP How to be even more gorgeous! Great makeup starts with great skin, healthy skin means a healthy glow.

Cold winter weather and heating dehydrates my skin, and well with the lack of vitamin D it’s a little lack lustre. Here are my top tips to how I give my skin some extra love.

1. During the winter I drink at least 1.5 litres of warm water. In the morning I add a squeeze of fresh lemon and throughout the day slices of fresh ginger. I filter my water.
2. Twice daily morning and night - I cleanse my face, apply serum and moisturiser, in he day I always wear an SPF. I choose targeted products to suit my skin type and concerns.
3. I drink warm chicken or vegetable broth. For additional nutrients and minerals chemicals I choose organic. Stock contains minerals in a form the body can absorb easily—not just calcium, but also magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, sulphur and trace minerals. (Watch out in my insta story for the recipe coming up this week)
4. Exercise - it makes a bit difference. Blood carries oxygen and nutrients to working cells throughout the body, including the skin. In addition to providing oxygen, blood flow also helps carry away waste products, including free radicals, from working cells. I find this very effective, especially when my face is puffy and dry / spotty. My skin looks radiant after a workout and healing speeds up.
5. You’ve heard of a good night’s sleep, right? As you sleep, your body's cells regenerate, especially at skin level. A good night's sleep can mean good skin health because when you're sleep-deprived, your body makes more of the stress hormone cortisol. Elevated levels of cortisol can lead to increased stress and inflammation in the body, hurting your skin's quality. I aim for at least 7 hours, 8-9 I’m luminous!

Combine all of the above for a radiant healthy glow
