3️⃣ Recently Changed from heel to midfoot strike
4️⃣ Higher BMI
5️⃣ Tib posterior weakness
6️⃣ Poor Foot & Ankle flexibility
7️⃣ Ankle Invertors & evertors weak
8️⃣ Footwear
9️⃣ Weak hamstrings & Calf group
🔟 Too much load, Too soon
