I'M BACK BABY!

Back in rehearsals, preparing for the first time you can see me perform live in almost 3 years.

Where did you go?

I guess I had a sabbatical, after 4 solo albums, 4 children and multiple collaborative records in the span of a decade I was just done with walking the balance for a while. I needed a break. And I only ever wanna make music if I have something new to say, new stories to tell.

Will this be the start of getting back to gigging regularly?

Honestly, I don't know. I currently have no plans to, but the opportunity to do these dates back to back came up and it felt right to do them. Maybe as a placeholder til another tour, maybe as a ttfn. Who knows what the future holds.

What can I expect?

When I stopped gigging, it was abrupt, I didn't know my last gig would be my last performance for 3 years! So I'm preparing a retrospective, all my favourite things to sing, the stories I have shared over the last decade, the songs that we have shared and sung together. I'm really looking forward to performing for you all...strange how something once so familiar is now an event even to me, but the prep is going well and all the chords are coming back to me, see y'all there xx

TOUR ANNOUNCEMENT: The Carrivick Sisters head out for a short run in November. Twin sisters Charlotte and Laura have grown up playing music together, and at a live show the stage becomes an extension of their kitchen; welcoming you into a warm, musical embrace while cooking up delicious melodies and tasty instrumentals.

TOUR ANNOUNCEMENT: Icelandic/Italian trio MAAR embark on their first UK tour this October. Expect three-part vocal harmonies, intimate lyrics, and acoustic instrumentation. At the heart of their sound is the interplay of all three members’ voices, creating a dynamic and harmonious identity that’s uniquely their own.
