✨✨How to successfully Massage Olive Oil into the Ear Canal ✨✨

Over 3 - 5 days, twice a day

1. Wash your hands - Hygiene is key

2. You can warm the olive oil if you wish - this is optional (use a container of warm water, make sure the oil is warm - NEVER use hot oil)

3. Lie on your side with the ear facing up, or tilt your head resting it on a pillow if you prefer to sit.

4. Apply the oil

Use a dropper or clean teaspoon to put
2-3 drops of olive oil into the ear canal.

👂🏽Do not insert anything into the ear—just let the oil drip in.

5. Massage gently

👂🏽Use your finger to gently massage the area just in front of the ear opening (the tragus) in a circular motion and behind the ear.

👂🏽This helps move the oil deeper into the canal and coat the wax.

6. Stay lying down or head tilted for 10-15 minutes and Let the oil soak in and soften the wax.

7. Drain the excess

Sit up and allow the oil to drain out onto a tissue. Use a cotton ball to wipe around the outer ear only.

We would like to inform our clients that a 10.00 home visit fee will apply to all at-home appointments. For locations outside of Nailsea, an additional mileage charge may also be added.

This ensures we can continue to provide a reliable and convenient service while covering travel time and associated costs.
