I will be teaching another beginners yoga course starting on Monday 5th January 2026 at the Kingswood Estate.

During the class we will learn about yoga philosophy, the importance of listening to our bodies and go through asanas (poses) at a slow pace.
It is a small group setting and chat is encouraged.
Yoga is a journey and we all start somewhere so whatever your ability is there is no pressure or expectations.
You will need your own mat and the rest is provided.
Any questions are welcomed.
