Today, I’m feeling incredibly grateful 💕

One of my lovely patients surprised me with a beautiful bunch of flowers as a thank you for being flexible with her appointment times recently. It was such a thoughtful gesture and completely unexpected 😍

I always try to allow enough time in my clinics to stay on schedule, minimise waiting times, and be as accommodating as possible when life gets in the way. It’s important to me that my patients feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive 🫶🏼

The flowers weren’t necessary, but they were very much appreciated and have certainly brightened my day 💐🌷

🌴 Back from holiday… and I’ve brought home more than just souvenirs! 🤦‍♀️

Like many people, I’ve returned with the dreaded holiday stomach bug and a cold sore 🥺 A sure sign that my immune system has taken a bit of a battering after travel, disrupted routines and perhaps a little too much holiday indulgence!

One of the treatments I offer at Mind Retreat Aesthetics is Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) therapy. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant that plays an important role in supporting the immune system and overall wellbeing.

✨ Potential benefits of Vitamin C include:
