5 missed appointments today! Thats £94 in missed income... Its just not on!

I’m honestly getting really fed up with people not showing up for their appointments and not even having the courtesy to let me know.

I completely understand that things happen and plans can change — but a quick message makes such a difference.

I always make sure I turn up for my appointments and give my clients my time, and it’s really difficult when I’m working 2 jobs, 6 days a week, running a home by myself and taking care of 4 children!

That time could have gone to someone else who really needed an appointment.

From now on, all missed appointments/no-shows will need to be paid for in full. I’m sorry, but I simply can’t keep losing time and income because people don’t turn up.

Please, if you can’t make your appointment, just let me know. I’m always understanding when people communicate with me. ❤️
