I thought I would introduce myself and share the start of my journey. I’m Emma mum to 3 kids. 2 boys aged 12 and 11 years and a 2 year old girl. Both my boys have SEN and life can be chaotic and stressful at times.

After having my little girl back in 2022 via emergency section, I was plunged straight into the depths of the menopause age 40. To say it was a shock to the system was an understatement. You don’t expect to have a baby and then go straight into the menopause.
