I’m fully booked until November and the salon Reno is in full swing but I’m filling my cup in between & remembering why I started ☕️🤍🐶

How amazing 🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

I don’t do before-and-after photos with lymphatic drainage, because that’s not why I go. Katie doesnt just work on your tummy, she works on your full body from your face down!

Yesterday, for me, was the biggest difference I’ve ever felt. I walked in feeling heavy, sluggish, bloated and carrying so much extra water. I know my body is under a lot of stress at the minute with being unwell and the ongoing eye issues I’m dealing with, and I’m very aware there’s something else going on underneath it all.

Walking out yesterday, I genuinely felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The difference I feel again today is unbelievable, and my digestive system was absolutely on fire afterwards! 😂🙌

I’ve also struggled with ongoing lower back pain, which I’ve now got to the bottom of, and lymphatic drainage has reduced the inflammation in that area massively. I can honestly, hand on heart, say that since going to Katie monthly, I haven’t had any back pain.

My back pain no longer wakes me through the night, and I’m no longer cautious about what I do in the gym because that pain and inflammation have completely gone. ❤️

Advanced bespoke facial for this angel 🤍🖤

One of my gorgeous regulars and good friend has had the full works today - advanced facial & lymphatic drainage.

Ange has the most incredible skin and she looks after it really well in between appointments. We used some enzymes for exfoliation, radio frequency to induce collagen production and lift & together the skin, microcurrent to increase muscle stimulation & of course some much needed facial massage.
