Hello Everyone

I'd like to make a very difficult announcement…
After a lot of thought, I have made the incredibly difficult decision that Randall’s Room will be closing its doors on 5th December 2026. 💔

This is something I never imagined I would have to say. Randall’s Room has been such a huge part of my life, and I have put so much time, love and hard work into building it from the ground up.

From starting out mobile, to renting a room in a salon, to finally having my own little room at Carmarthen Market. I am so incredibly proud of how far Randall’s Room has come.
I have met so many amazing people along the way, made some wonderful memories and had opportunities I never thought I would have. Every single booking, recommendation, review, like, share and kind message has meant more to me than you probably realise.

Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances and my health, I have reached the point where I feel I need to step away from the industry and put myself first.
This isn't a decision I have made lightly, but I feel it is the right decision for me and for my future.

I may decide to return to Randall’s Room once I’m ready in a few years but for now randall’s room will be permanently closing.

I’d like to thank Arlene, Jan, Sally, Susan, Tori and many more for being my most loyal clients always returning once or even twice a month for your treatments also anyone who has ever stepped through my door, I’m so grateful I got to be your therapist for the year and put a smile on your faces and help you feel calm and relaxed.

Randall’s Room will continue trading until 5th December 2026, I will only be doing pre booked treatments (no walk ins)
so if you would like to have one final treatment with me before I close my doors, please make sure you get booked in or pop me a message. 💜
I would absolutely love to see as many of you as possible before Christmas and have the chance to say goodbye properly.

Thank you so, so much for all of your support over the past year. From every booking to every kind word, recommendation and bit of support for my little business, I genuinely couldn't have done it without you.

I will always be incredibly proud of Randall’s Room and everything we have created together. 💜

The salon will be closed from Friday at 1pm as I'm travelling to Manchester for the The UK Hair and Beauty Awards

I'm so excited to be able to be involved in this big event and to meet other beauty therapists in the same boat as me it's a great way to connect with others in the beauty industry!

No matter who wins I'll always be thankful to everyone who has supported me in this journey it's been a great 9 months in the salon and I can't wait for more to come! 💜
