Well isn’t this a blast from the past?! I haven’t done a since we were doing social distancing?!

I’ve been spending some lovely afternoons watching Law & Order SVU and embroidering with beads and all manner of haberdashery.

I haven’t done so many trinkets and pretty things saved up that deserve to be on display so I thought why not run a craft workshop for you to create a sparkly work of art?!

We’ll take beads, sequins, buttons & more and stitch them onto fabric. You honestly don’t need to be good at sewing - if you can sew on a button that’s great, but I’ll help you through it all.

I’m halfway through my annual two week break in France and I’m mostly made of rosé and baguette.

I’m having a lovely time enjoying a slower pace and taking some time to switch the old brain off.

But being me, and a small business owner- I’m looking ahead to autumn and some more craft workshops! So please PLEASE tell me what you want to do (and also where? Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud, Tewkesbury????)

If you’re looking for something chilled to do on Wednesday morning, come and join us Corner Coffee Co. on Wednesday 5th August 10-12pm.

Grab a kit, get a free kids drink and spend a bit of time creating something.

🤩 You don’t need to arrive at 10, drop-in anytime before 12.
🤩 You sit and have a hot drink while they get crafty
🤩 The kit has everything you need so if they run out of steam you can easily finish it at home
🤩 You get a bonus activity- grouting them at home when they’ve dried!
🤩 if you can’t stay, come in and grab a kit to take away on holiday with you!

Kits start at £10 and include a kids drink! Kits are suitable for ages 5 and up I’d say, but you know your kids better than me!

TLDR: please buy my necklaces, I can’t stop making them!

I’ve been spending the light muggy evenings playing with my bead collection and have created some lovely necklaces. I’ve pretty much stocked myself up for life but have quite a few left over with no markets on the horizon!

I’d love to give these one off pieces a home - they’re perfect for adding a pop of colour to your outfit, they just shout summer 🌈

I’m unsure how to put them up for sale but have had a push recently to actually tell you about them rather than just letting them pile up!

Prices are no more than £25 (plus postage) but unsure whether to put them on the grid, on my stories, my website or Etsy. If they went on Etsy the price would have to increase a little to mitigate the fees.

Have you seen one you like? You can just DM me, or maybe I can just put them in my stories one evening? Either way, please help me justify my beady obsession or maybe just comment to help push this post to people who’d like some fun dopamine creating jewellery.

When you come to a Piece by Jackson mosaic craft workshop you choose your base shape before you arrive but then you’re presented with a totally blank canvas! This is often a bit intimidating, but a bit of tile browsing and maybe a little browse on Pinterest and the creativity starts to flow!

House numbers, wedding decor, florals, initials - we can make it all happen.

Next mindful mosaic workshop is this Sunday 26th 2-4.30pm Corner Coffee Co.

Come and lose yourself in craft for a couple of hours and see what you can create!

Not a bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon eh? Make some beautiful crystal bracelets and sip on delicious drinks at the same time.

I’ll be bringing all my semi precious stone beads along with other treasures for you to string onto elastic to make personalised jewellery to take home.

A super chilled and mindful jewellery making workshop and the best thing is you get to support two small local businesses at once 🥰
