A REORDER was received today from Carters Hair & Nails in Barnsley. The 1st order received in 2010 - 1000 reusable cards. Her plastic cards lasted her 8 years. Before using plastic cards she was experiencing 15% missed appointments, now it is 1% - over £60,000 EXTRA revenue.

⭐BIG ANNOUNCEMENT⭐

I have some big big news....
As of Saturday 30th October we will sadly be closing our doors at Hair Cafe Chester.

This will be a sad day for us all, but also a celebration of what an amazing achievement we have had while at Hair Cafe!

As our end of lease date is soon arriving we made the hard decision not to renew our lease, as you know Karen has her business BANK Beauty Hawarden and Gavin works for the busy NHS, we felt we could no longer give the staff and salon the time and love it needs and deserves.

We feel its the right time to end this fabulous HC era.

We would like to thank all of the team past and present that have worked for us here at HC for the last 6 years since we took over, we can't thank you enough! Also BIG thanks to Jackie for being the face and voice of HC for all this time!
And to our lovely loyal clients we thank you too.

We will shortly Email & post details of where all of our fantastic team will be working from November so you can easily find them all at their new locations ⭐

We would like to make this a happy announcement rather than sad and focus on all those great times shared at HC 🤍

Here we are again! Due to new government updates we will enter Tier 4 at midnight, this means as of tomorrow we will be closed until further notice

We are so sorry for all appointments that will now be postponed 🤍

We will be back as soon as we are allowed to be! Ready and safe to begin 2021! As soon as we have more details we will rearrange appointments ect.

We are officially closed and back in lockdown. We are sad to close once again 😢 but we must do what we can to keep everyone safe!

As soon as the government allows us to reopen we will be back!!!
And ready for Christmas! 🎄🎅

This week I had the pleasure of sorting some big roots!

My client had always scalp bleached her own hair and had reached a time where she no longer wanted to put her hair through it ,as she had breakage throughout and some tinges of unwanted warmth and even a bit of green in there from using crazy colours.... this was a challenge as I wanted to tone the warmth without more green coming through but we smashed it.

I did a full head of packed in bleach foils and of course I wouldn’t have gone near this without olaplex , it completely saved the day and my client and me were very happy!

Much better regrowth now 👏🏼 and In time we aim for a balayage!

It’s nice to do a brunette balayage for a change!!
My client came to me and hated the fact that her hair always goes warm , we put a rich ash semi on and pre lightened parts using balayage techniques, we then toned it as cool as we could, this was the result and it looks so gorgeous and clean!!
We did a good cut too taking all layers up and adding some Shape around her face beautttttifullll 😘
