What to expect when you come for a treatment with me 💆♀️
We’ll begin by taking three slow, deep, breaths, inviting your body and mind to soften, arrive fully, and settle into deep peace. 💫
I’ll then offer a soft, caring welcome touch — a gentle, nurturing connection that helps you feel safe, held, and gently supported as you begin to release. 💫
None of my treatments are ever hurried or rushed. You’ll have all the time and space you need to fully relax and enjoy the experience. 💫
Once you’re settled, the session is completely yours.
You may choose to switch off completely and drift into deep, blissful relaxation… or you might prefer to chat about your day or anything that’s on your mind.💫
There is no judgment here — only acceptance and kindness.
Whatever you need in that moment is exactly right.
