A non-refundable 50% deposit is now required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from your final balance. Please note, your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows will incur an additional £20 fee, on top of the deposit payment, which must be paid before booking again.
