Can you see the wood for the trees? 🌳

Today I jumped on a call with a client and an SEO specialist we’d brought in to do a deep dive into how the business was performing online. Looking at the data, finding the gaps, and working out where to focus next.

And it got me thinking…

As small business owners, we’re so deep in the doing that it’s hard to step back and actually analyse where our time, money, and energy should be going. It can feel really overwhelming, especially when every direction you look, someone’s telling you the answer is another tool or another piece of software.

But sometimes? It starts with a human conversation.
A call. A fresh pair of eyes. Someone who can help you work out where you actually need to be putting your focus before you invest in anything else.

I’m at capacity myself right now, but I always want to point people in the right direction. So I’d love to know.

Pinning this as my little corner of the internet for anyone who's found their way here.

Bond Business Support provides operational and administrative support for micro and small businesses and this is the person behind it - Nat.

I work with founders and small business owners who are great at running their business, but stretched across too many things at once. The operations, the admin, the systems, the communications, it builds up fast when you're doing everything yourself.

That's where I come in.

I take on the day-to-day operational and administrative load so you don't have to. Inbox management, scheduling, process-building, client comms, and systems.

Before this, I spent 12 years building and running my own skincare brand. I know what it takes to keep a small business running and I know exactly what it feels like when the back-end starts to overwhelm the front.

This client was able to properly step away from their business for a whole week for the first time - just a couple of check-ins, and that was it.

That's not a small thing. For a lot of small business owners, switching off properly feels completely out of reach. You're always on, always one notification away from being dragged back in.

Inbox overwhelm is one of the biggest time drains going - you're reactive, interrupted, and it pulls you away from the work (and the life) that actually matters.

I've been using Claude Cowork lately and I wanted to share why it's become part of how I work.

One of the things I do for clients is deep dive research - getting under the skin of their industry so I can support them properly. What used to take hours of digging, cross-referencing and note-taking is now a fraction of the time, without cutting corners on the quality.

It's not about doing less. It's about having a tool that keeps up with how I think and what my clients actually need.

I'm fully booked. 🙏

I never take those words for granted, because when you start out as a freelancer, you genuinely don't know if this moment will come.

Since launching Bond Business Support last summer, I've been building, learning, and putting everything into delivering for my clients. And now, for the first time, I can say I'm fully booked for the foreseeable future.

That means something. Not just for me, but for my family. Being able to provide for them through work I've built myself.

To every client who took a chance on me, trusted me with their business, and kept coming back, thank you. Genuinely.

I won't be as active on social media as I focus on delivering for the clients I have. But I'm still very much here.

Scaling your business doesn’t have to break the bank!

As a Virtual Assistant supporting micro-businesses across North Wales and the UK, I’m often asked: “How do you stay so organized without a massive budget?”
The secret? A powerful, low-cost “tech stack” that does the heavy lifting for you. Here are the tools I swear by to streamline my workflow and help my clients grow:

Task & Project Management:
Trello is my go-to. It’s incredibly user-friendly (I prefer it over Monday.com!) for keeping projects on track. I also use Google Tasks for those quick daily tracking.

The AI Power Trio:
I use a mix of Gemini, GPT, and Claude for everything from quick research to deep-dive project guidance.

Finance:
Xero and Monzo keeps the numbers clear and the “boring stuff” automated where possible.

Google Workspace:
My digital headquarters. I use it for filing, workspace management, and automating client sales funnels and onboarding.

Security:
Surfshark for reliable VPN management.

Marketing:
Canva (of course!) for all my social media and marketing docs.

Continuous Learning:
I stay sharp by following top AI newsletters and YouTube tutorials for quick platform deep dives.
