Hello,
I am writing to remind you of the importance of booking your appointments in advance. This is due to the following reasons:
* I am fully booked from now until August 30th.
* I am on holiday from August 31st to September 22nd.
* I am fully booked from September 23rd to October 7th.
* The next available appointments are from October 8th.
I strongly recommend that you book any appointments leading up to Christmas and New Year, as this is the busiest time of the year.
