When a client doesn't show up or cancels at the last minute, it's not just an empty slot—it means lost income, wasted time, and an appointment that could have been offered to someone else.

Running a small business comes with many costs behind the scenes, and unfortunately, no-shows have a significant impact on our ability to continue providing the best service to all of our clients.

To help protect our time and keep our schedule running fairly, all future appointments will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment. If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel outside of our cancellation policy, the deposit will be forfeited.

We truly appreciate the support and understanding of our loyal clients. Your respect for our time allows us to continue doing what we love and providing the highest level of service.
