​To our wonderful clients,
​To help us manage our schedule and ensure we can accommodate everyone, we operate under the following terms and conditions. When you book an appointment with us, you agree to this policy. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support!
​📌 Deposits & Booking
​Securing Your Slot: A non-refundable deposit of £5 or £10 (depending on your total treatment price) is required to secure all bookings.
​How to Pay: Deposits can be paid in cash at the salon or via bank transfer. (Transfer details will be provided at the time of booking).
​Your appointment is only fully confirmed once the deposit has been received. The deposit amount will, of course, be deducted from your final bill on the day.
​⏳ Cancellations & Rescheduling
​We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
​Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
​We understand that life happens! Exceptions will be made for genuine emergencies (e.g., sudden illness, hospital visits, or children's emergencies). Please just communicate with us as soon as you can.
​⏱️ Late Arrivals
​Please try to arrive on time for your treatment. If you are running more than 10–15 minutes late, we may have to shorten your treatment time or reschedule your appointment to avoid keeping the next client waiting.
​🚫 No-Shows
​Failure to show up to your appointment without any notice will result in the loss of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book any future treatments.

👑 BIAB vs. Hard Gel Overlays: What’s the real difference? 👑

"BIAB" is actually just a trademarked brand name (like calling every vacuum cleaner a Hoover!). It stands for Builder in a Bottle. Because it comes in a bottle with a brush, it’s a thinner formula. It is designed to be completely soaked off with harsh acetone and reapplied every few weeks.

🏺 2. What I Use: Hard Gel in a Tub
I choose to work with premium, professional-grade European builder gel that comes from a pot/tub. It’s a thicker, much richer formula with superior structural strength. Instead of soaking it off, I work exclusively with an infill system.

🧐 Why Hard Gel from a Tub is a Game-Changer for You:
Super Strength, Less Bulk: Because the gel is structurally stronger than bottle gels, I can sculpt a gorgeous, slim, and natural-looking nail that won't snap or bend. No thick, bulky "chunky" nails here!

The Power of the Infill: When you come back every 3–4 weeks, I never wrap your fingers in acetone. I simply file down the top layer, prep your new growth, and fill in the gap.

Ultimate Nail Protection: By keeping that base layer intact, your natural nails are never stripped, scraped, or dried out. They stay 100% protected underneath, allowing them to finally grow long, hard, and healthy! 💅🔥
