For months, my incredible regulars have been dropping hints and asking for this exact thing. Well, I finally caved, so you'll be pleased to know girls.... something major is coming to the studio very soon. 😍✨ What better way to celebrate our 2 year anniversary 🎉
Can you actually believe it’s been TWO WHOLE YEARS of Gemini Studio ?! 🥹✨
Honestly, two years ago, this was literally just my dream.
I had this big dream of creating a super cozy, quiet space where you could come as you are, leave any salon anxiety at the door, and just totally relax. No busy, noisy, overwhelming salon vibes just peaceful, 1-on-1 time where it’s all about you.
Fast forward to today, and I’m sitting here with almost completely full books, looking at how our little community has literally doubled! But honestly, the best part isn't the full calendar. It’s the fact that so many of you have become true, lifelong friends.
We’ve shared so many belly laughs, deep late-night chats, vent sessions, and of course, created some absolute dream hair along the way. You guys are SO much more than clients to me you’re the heart of this place, and I’m so grateful you trust me with your hair and your time.
Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for making my little dream a huge reality. Here’s to two amazing years! Keep your eyes peeled this month because I’ve got a few sweet little anniversary surprises coming your way to say thank you.

When she says she can’t live without her keratin, she isn't exaggerating! 😅👇
She has the thickest, coarsest hair I’ve ever seen. The second her last treatment wears off, she knows, she can’t get her fingers through it, can barely feel her scalp, and a single drop of humidity turns it huge and frizzy!
Before this, her hair was so thick it would just sit there. Now? It’s completely weightless with a gorgeous, healthy shine, flyaways that actually move in the breeze, and her styling time is cut in half. Even classic British rain doesn't scare her anymore! 🌧️✨
We also added a custom toner to freshen up her blonde and keep her looking fresh between colour appointments.

I know we’ve only just wrapped up the summer holidays, but I need to be brutally honest with you all. As a one-woman band, there are only so many hours in the day and with my client base having doubled since last year, my Christmas schedule is going to hit absolute capacity much earlier than usual.
If you want a guaranteed spot during Christmas week, you must act as soon as you can.
What you need to know to secure your space:
Regular Root Girlies: At your next appointment, we are booking you straight through to the New Year so your spot is locked in. Do not skip this step!
Evening Spray Tans: Because I’ll be working extended daytime hours on hair, my usual evening tan slots are extremely limited and will vanish instantly.
Party & Event Dates: Check your diaries now for work dos, family gatherings, and nights out so we can get your dates coordinated ahead of time.
Bookings: All appointments in the run-up to Christmas will require a deposit to secure the slot.
I genuinely care about getting every single one of my lovely clients in, but once every slot is taken, I physically cannot squeeze anyone else in. Please don't leave it until the last minute! Drop me a message or get sorted at your next visit. 🎅🏼✨

The ultimate compliment? Doing another hairdresser’s hair! ✂️✨
She came to me with three totally different bands of color virgin roots, a heavy copper mid-section, and highlights scattered throughout front section. We used micro-fine babylights to melt away that stubborn warm band, paired with soft lowlights and a seamless root melt for that effortless, lived-in blend.
The final result? Toasted Pearl Beige with a flawless root transition the perfect balance of cool pearl tones and soft beige shine.

In all seriousness, what a week! I couldn't be more grateful.
From Colour transformations, colour refreshes, extensions, cut and blowdries, to re styles, hair up, lash lifts, children's pampers, brows and Spray tans we've done it all. There's honestly nothing better than catching up with you all and making you feel amazing!

We took thin, tapered ends and gave her the dreamiest, thickest caramel balayage using a blend of custom foil placement, glossy Goldwell tones, and tape-in extensions! 🍯
No harsh lines, just pure seamless volume.

As many of you may have seen the fire at star trading estate in the news, my uncles 30-year-old business, prospect windows was completely destroyed in a tragic fire. Everything was lost as it burned to the ground: stock, equipment, paperwork, and tools including priceless tools passed down through generations.
Thirty years of hard work went up in flames in a single night.
