Just asked ChatGPT to show what 7 stone of fat would actually look like if you could hold it in your hands… and honestly, it’s not very pleasant to look at 🤢
But here’s the thing — that’s 7 stone I’m no longer carrying around with me every single day.
No longer on my knees.
No longer on my back.
No longer weighing down every step.
When you see it like this, it really hits home how much that actually is.
Progress isn’t always obvious in the mirror day to day… but sometimes you need a reminder of how far you’ve come.

If you want to feel stronger, calmer, and more in control, focus on the basics:
✔️ Sleep properly
✔️ Move your body
✔️ Fuel yourself well
✔️ Get outside
✔️ Be present
✔️ Put the phone down sometimes
✔️ Talk to people
✔️ And most importantly… ask for help when you need it
You don’t have to do everything at once. Start with one small habit and build from there.
Progress in your mind works the same way as progress anywhere else — consistency over intensity
Take care of your head like you take care of your business, your body, and your family. It all starts there. đź’¬

Just better habits, better choices, and staying consistent even when it’s boring.
