I’ve been quiet on the social front as real life has taken over at home. Between my boys and caring for an elderly aunt it’s been a little busier and a bit more hectic than usual.

My clinics are becoming super busy and so I’m grateful to be able to help you all on your journey to getting your spark back and feel the best version of you. When life catches up on us we don’t always make time for ourselves and so we’re often last in line for TLC. This was one of the reasons that lead me on this path and one of my biggest loves for the job. Having you in my chair and putting you first and watching you flourish again 🥹💞

What a week!

Monday: Full face rejuvination course in Glasgow
Tuesday: Tigerlily boutique dress shopping then onto Dalkeith to do some filming for Bespoke beauty (exciting things happening)
Wednesday: Glasgow for skin booster training with & my youngest bringing home the trophy
Thursday: Perth ladies day 💃 with friends
Friday: Shopping for my aunt & taxi driver for my big lad
Saturday: Glasgow with hubby & friends for and amazing food
Sunday: Food shopping and taxi driver for my big lad again for golf

Obviously this list isn’t exhaustive and doesn’t include the multiple washings, dishes, cooking, footy runs in between 🤪🤪 but that was some week and thankfully they’re not all as busy- and full on 🙈🙈 A great week but i am frazzled 🤪🤪

Self care is whatever you want it to be 💞

Life has been super busy lately and behind the scenes is often chaos and a huge juggling act.

Yesterday was a self care day for me, getting to dress up and spend a day with friends, a day where I could just be me and have a day off from the many roles I have in life-I’m grateful and blessed for all that I do and all that I have but I also need to time just for me to rest and recharge.

And yesterday was just that, good company, good fun and lots of laughs. 💃💞🍾
