I’m back and with my 👑 back straight 🙏

Yesterday was a tough day but today I’m back stronger than ever 💪

I filled by body with lots of nutrition yesterday along with lots of protein 💪 and made time for myself by walking and lots of meditation.

I think there is so much change in our lives at the moment with me

💫 Danny going to Saudi and we can’t seem to get dates where we are both available at the same time
💫 planning a wedding
💫 staying on plan - food & exercise
💫 menopause rearing its head again
💫 learning to do things on my own again and not as a team

Today is a new day 💪 Yesterday is now in the past so I can only look forward now and get back to being me 🫶🏼🩷
