Some days the updates are massive, some days work seems slow but this little wall makes us feel so excited.

Most people say they couldn’t do an ice bath. 🧊
Let’s tell you why we think you can.
Most places use barrels as ice baths, this means your feet are in first and stay in. Feet control your body temperature thats why we use bath shaped baths, that way you can get your feet in and then stick them out again straightaway. The difference is unbelievable.
Our ice baths are being made locally by Urban Ice Tribe
We can’t wait to show you the difference in November.
