I've also been pretty busy starting a range of festival/dance braids.. this will expand over the next month or so with a wide selection of colours available 😁

I had another install as I established that the cornrow style installation did not suit my scalp.. I live for box braids & dreads!!

I've been so busy but also pretty unwell so haven't updated the account like I should of, so I do apologise .. so I'll start with this lovely customer who was absolutely sick of thin, shoulder length hair and wanted something a bit more herself 🥰

Nearly 2 weeks into these braids.. still going strong 💪🥰
They've been tied up and styled with a bandana, they've been claw clipped, they've been left to do whatever, still going strong.. but these aren't staying.. neither is the colour!. 🤷‍♀️🙊

New news for me 😁✌️
Yes I have short natural hair ( pixie cut about a year ago) stupidly thick and very unmanageable for me without my braids to be honest. I love my braids and never feel like myself without them now.
I go to bed like this and wake up like this, what's not to love!

So this was sparkle central!
Customer ordered the hair and jewellery herself, just paid for the installation. Her natural hair is dark blonde/light brown with purple ends, with a fine texture which meant I was naturally going to give her the fullest set of braids I possibly could. 🥰😍 This is a lovely set and absolutely suits this customer.. the happiness in her face 😁🥰

Doing the red boho box braids on myself this week so will be waving these off.. Not sure if I'm gonna do a middle parting or stick to the shaved side being exposed 🤔🤔🤔🤔 decisions decisions!

Half a head of box braids and some patterned cornrows! She wanted her hair out of her face 😁 before picture attached 🥰

So she was red
Then she wanted dark pink roots with pale pink ends
And today we lifted again and went bright pink.. this picture does it absolutely no justice but my god is this a bright pink!
We trim every 4 weeks, colour touch uo every 4 weeks and the pastel pink just wasn't holding.. as we all know pastels are difficult to keep..
And we do root lift every 8-9 weeks..
She said she wanted it a brighter pink, she got what she asked for.. 🤷‍♀️
