👋 Hi, I’m Helen — the nurse behind The Mobile Needle Nurse

I’m Helen Jeffrey (BSc, PGCert, FHEA, MSc), a registered nurse with nearly 14 years’ experience, and this little business came from something I kept seeing again and again.

Over the years I’ve worked across nephrology, acute care and cardiology, and I also teach in clinical practice and at university level. One thing that’s always mattered to me is making sure people feel supported — not rushed, not confused, and definitely not left to figure things out alone.

More recently, with the rise in online prescribing, I noticed a real gap. People were being given injectable treatments with very little support — often just a leaflet and a lot of unanswered questions. Many felt anxious, unsure if they were doing things right, and worried about getting it wrong.

That didn’t sit right with me.

So The Mobile Needle Nurse was born 💉🤍
My aim is simple: to give you calm, professional, nurse-led support — whether that’s via a message, a video chat, or an in-person home visit if you’d prefer.
