Wild Sauna is excited to announce we are opening an outdoor sauna and cold plunge experience in Darley Abbey, Derby.

The UK sauna and cold plunge movement is thriving and we are thrilled to bring this wonderful boom in wellbeing to Derby, in the heart of beautiful Darley Abbey, walking distance from the city centre and surrounded by nature.

Who are we

We are an affordable, local sauna experience for the community in Derby. Everyone welcome.

We launched our first bespoke sauna and cold plunge space in the heart of an urban Bristol community. We can’t wait to bring a sauna experience against the stunning backdrop of Darley Abbey.
